Francesca's journey in hospitality began in her hometown of Chicago in 2010, where in her early teen years discovered a passion for connection and service while working as a waitress. Her educational background is in physical therapy and athletics, a foundation that shaped her attention to care, precision, and understanding people - but ultimately, her heart led her home to hospitality. A true people person, she is most fulfilled through acts of service and creating experiences that bring happiness to the guest.

Since becoming the on-property Event Manager in 2023, she has been passionate about designing unforgettable events that balance creativity, thoughtful planning, and seamless execution. Inspired by art, design, and the smallest details, she loves elevating every moment. One of her favorite challenges is blending fine dining and Michelin-quality cuisine with corporate board meetings - proving that business and beauty can coexist.
